Hi, I'm Sophia!
I’ve loved capturing life for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I was rarely without my hot pink point-and-shoot camera. It came everywhere with me, quietly teaching me to notice moments as they unfolded. That love never left. I chose photography at every opportunity through school and college, and when my mum gifted me my first DSLR at 16, it felt like everything clicked into place.
What keeps me here is simple, I genuinely love this. The connection, the emotion, the stillness between moments. I never tire of watching clients see their images for the first time, or of witnessing how a session becomes something more than photos. Often, it turns into quality time - a pause, a reset, a space where people soften, reconnect, and just be. I truly believe these moments heal.
My approach is relaxed, empathetic, and deeply human. I don’t believe in stiff poses or forced smiles - real life is far more beautiful than that. I’m drawn to emotional exchanges, quiet in-between moments, the way couples lean into one another, and the tenderness new parents share as they adore their baby. These are the moments that matter, and they’re often the ones people don’t even realise are happening.
Clients often tell me how comfortable they feel during our sessions — that it feels easy, calm, and natural. That’s important to me. When you feel at ease, you can be yourself, and that’s where the most meaningful images live.
Outside of photography, you’ll usually find me in the garden, making things beautiful, working on DIY projects and renovations with my partner, or cruising around the lake on scooters with family - usually ending with ice cream.
I come from a Greek family, was born and raised in Canberra and have a not-so-secret addiction to white marshmallows (never pink!). I love opening Pokémon cards with my boyfriend, cleaning the house to soft RnB music, and chasing sunsets whenever I can.
My heart always returns to Noosa, particularly Little Cove Beach - a place that feels like home to me. The aqua water, the light, the calm. I even carry it with me, tattooed on the back of my arm - a reminder to slow down and stay present.
If you value connection, emotion, and moments that feel real - I’d love to tell your story.
